Refund policy
At SecretFindz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with the next steps and return instructions.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use, beauty, or intimate products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
